This Pride Season, LGBT YouthLine wants you to dare to imagine a world and a future that is better, safer, and more affirming for 2SLGBTQ+ youth, during and after COVID-19.
We want to hear how you celebrate your identity and community. The big and small ways that you remember that you are part of a community every day. The ways you express your queerness, your gender expression; the way you channel your fears, sadness, shame, anger, as well as your love, joy, and Pride.
Though we can’t march together again this year, we’re still here. We’re still a community and we’re still in this together. LGBT YouthLine is still providing peer support to 2SLGBTQ+ youth in Ontario.
We’re still helping alleviate social isolation exacerbated by COVID-19, connecting youth with life-saving resources, and affirming the identities and experiences of young 2SLGBTQ+ folks.
We’re still following the leadership of 2SLGBTQ+ youth, who are experts on what they need. We’re still demanding that Ontario #DoBetter for us. Join us in continuing to support 2SLGBTQ+ youth across the province.
