Trans Formation, Trans Wellness Ontario
Trans Formation aims to create a space to talk about the joys and complexities of transition. This is a transition-specific support and education group. Please only join once you feel that you are in a good space to explore and discuss transition. If you are not in that space yet, we recommend connecting with one of our peer groups.
We meet weekly for 90 minutes. It is a closed group, meaning once the intake process has been completed, no new folks will be able to join until the next group begins. There is also a limit of 12 participants.
We encourage attendance each week, with 24 hours notice if you cannot attend. This helps to create a safe environment in which trust and rapport are built within the community so that you can feel respected and valued in your journey.
