Youth can anonymously and confidentially talk to a trained counselor over the phone or through live chat.
With Crisis Text Line, you can chat with a trained, volunteer crisis responder for support any time, about anything, via text message.
Also, Resources Around Me database allows youth to search for resources in their community like Counselling and Mental Health Support, Sexual Health Support, Housing Support, Legal Support, Job Help, and more. Also provides crisis support.
